1. Spend your summer outside playing and growing with children! What could be better than being instrumental in affecting a positive growth in a child's life!
2. Leadership opportunities. Believe it or not, working with children provides a wonderful opportunity to develop solid leadership skills. Children offer so many different personality types and behavior patterns that our camp staff are constantly challenged to re-evaluate their own personal leadership style to find a suitable strategy that fits each campers needs.
3. An example of professional and quality staff training that revolves around a central mission statement. It's so important that the staff of any team understand the companies goals and objectives so that they can feel as though they are contributing to the success of the organization. All of our staff will receive a minimum of 5 days of training. Many of the specialty staff can expect upwards of 10 days of custom designed staff training.
4. We encourage our staff to take individual responsibility for their programs and to take the shell of a program that we supply them with and to develop a program that fits with their personal teaching style. This gives them an opportunity to develop their critical thinking skills, a sense of creativity, ownership and pride for ones work and a more satisfying work experience.
