Registration 2:30 - 3:00
Openning Ceremonies start at 3:00
- official openning of our Enhanced Wetland Project
- Speeches by representatives from the Oak Ridges Moraine Foundation and the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority
- hanging of First Nations artwork
- featuring “Lisa Odjig“ a world class Hoop Dancer
Activities 3:30 - 5:30
- interpretive voyageur canoe paddle on Lake Seneca
- electro-fishing demonstration
- interpretive nature hikes into the west campus - wetland enhancement project area
- tree planting
- archaeological talk with artifacts found on the King campus
- building bird box habitat for the Oak Ridges Moraine
- children's crafts
- children's games
Break for Dinner 5:30 - 6:30
Activies 6:30 - 9:30
- campfire program in “Badgerland“
- sensory night hikes
- star gazing
