SAMPLE MEAL PLAN
Week 1
Monday - Hot Selection: Mac and Cheese
Cold Selection: Asst. Sandwiches individually wrapped or Bagels with Cream Cheese (2nd choice) OR Cold Platter: cold meat, cheese, bun, tomato or tuna ball. Veggies and dip platters (carrot, celery, cucumber, tomato, ranch dressing, thousand island dressing), Asst. Dare nut-free cookies, whole fresh fruit. Beverage : milk, chocolate milk, canned Dole juice, bottled water.
Tuesday - Hot selection: Soy Chicken Nuggets, steamed white rice, tossed salad. Cold Selection(2nd choice): asst. sandwiches individually wrapped or Cold Platter:(cold meat, cheese, bun, tomato or tuna ball).
Assorted ice cream cups (2 varieties), cubed fresh fruit salad.
Beverage : milk, chocolate milk, canned Dole juice, bottled water.
Wednesday - Hot selection: Pasta, Beef and marinara sauc or plain marinara sauce
Cold selection (2nd choice): asst. sandwiches individually wrapped, Bagels with cream cheese (or jam and butter) OR Cold Platter (cold meat, cheese, bun, tomato or tuna ball). Ceasar salad, Rice Krispie squares, whole fresh fruit. Beverage : milk, chocolate milk, canned Dole juice, bottled water.
Thursday - Hot selection: Soy chicken burger (shredded lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo).
Cold Selection (2nd choice): asst. wraps individually wrapped and Bagels (cream cheese, butter and jam) OR Cold Platter (cold meat, cheese, bun, tomato or tuna ball).
Veggies and dip (carrot, celery, tomato, cucumber and ranch dressing), cookies (Dare nut-free), fresh whole fruit.

Friday - Hot selection: Beef burgers, turkey sausage, garden veggie burgers, (shredded lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo).
