CAMP TIMES

The King Day Camp program hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.

AM Drop off is from 8:45 am to 9:00 am.
PM Pick Up is from 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm.

Buses depart at 4:00 pm.

Before Camp Care starts at 7:30 am and runs until 8:45 am.
After Camp Care starts at 4:15 pm and finishes at 5:30 pm.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

BUSING

Our bus transportation is provided by Stock Transportation. We do not provide door to door service. We have one express route through Aurora and Newmarket and three buses that travel north and south through North York and Richmond Hill. See bus schedule for pick up locations, pick up and drop off times.

Buses arrive at camp just before 9:00 am and leave camp at 4:00 pm each afternoon. Bus monitors are on each bus to ensure children get on and off at the right stops as well as supervise the behavior of the campers while on board. As an additional means of safety, campers riding the bus must wear transportation cards that indicate whether or not they are allowed to get off the bus if a parent or guardian is not present.

We suggest that you arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes prior to the times indicated to drop-off and pick-up your child. When selecting the bus route at the time of registration, you will have to indicate the bus stop letter and number (if applicable) ie. N or K2.

We have made finding the right bus at camp easier with a colour coding system. This Bus Colour Code System is in place to help children remember which bus to get on at the end of the day.

MEAL PLAN

Campers have the option of bringing their own lunch each day or signing up for the meal plan option. The meal plan is catered and set up buffet style. Campers can select a hot or cold entrée, side dish, fruit or dessert and drink. The meal plan is a two week rotation and some items will be subject to change. A sample menu is listed below. Snacks are not provided.

Anyone with serious food allergies or dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own lunch. We are sensitive to food allergies and do very best to accommodate all children. We cannot guarantee a 100% peanut or nut fee environment.

BEFORE & AFTER CAMP CARE

BEFORE CAMP CARE
Our first campers arrive at 7:30 am in the morning. There are staff there to sign them in until 8:45 am. This is not structured programming. There will be informal activities like cards, board games, crafts and movies offered. The children are supervised by camp staff. You must sign up for the entire week.

$60 per week
$48 weeks 1 & 6

AFTER CAMP CARE
After Camp Care begins at 4:15 pm and runs until 5:30 pm every day. Informal activities are offered and campers are supervised by the camp staff. Children must be signed out by parents/guardians before leaving each day. (Don’t forget your photo ID.) You must sign up for the entire week.

$60 per week
$48 weeks 1 & 6

BOTH AM AND PM CAMP CARE
Before and After care is available. If you need both options, you must sign up for the entire week.

$90 per week
$72 weeks 1 & 6

TAXES:
HST will be applied to all additional services ie. Busing, Meal Plan and Camper Care.
HST does not apply to Camp Registration Fees for children 14 years and under

NOTE:
Busing, Meal Plan, Before and After Camp Care services can be added after your initial registration. Email your request to add a service at least one week prior to the week your child is registered. It is not an option to add these services the week your child is enrolled in camp.
