REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • NEW families must create a new family account using our online registration system once the system goes live.
  • Registration will take place online only via our King Day Camp website
  • Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) - we can not accept cash, debit or cheques

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation will be emailed to you after your registration is complete. Please double check this registration confirmation right away. Ensure that you have indeed registered for the program you wanted. Please keep this confirmation for income tax purposes.

PARENT HANDBOOK

A link to the Parent Handbook will be sent to you via email directly after you register online with your email confirmation.  The Parent Handbook will also be available on our website at all times.  We will NOT be mailing a hard-copy of the Parent Handbook.  Please download and save OR print if required.  Please note there are NO additional forms for our camper families to complete this year, all required information is captured online at the time of registration.

AGE POLICIES

Children registering for a camp program must meet the specific age requirements by . Age minimums have been set to ensure the physical and mental preparation of each child for a full day of activities. The online web registration system will not allow a child to register in the incorrect age grouping according to the date of birth.

WAITLIST POLICY

Waitlist, with limited spots, are available for all programs except the Challenger and Explorer 1/2 Day Options. There is a non-refundable $15.00 administration fee for this service which will not be applied toward the registration fee should you get into the program. You will be contacted by the camp office should a space become available.

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY

A refund of the registration fee less the $100.00 administration fee will be issued upon notification of withdrawal from a camp program, submitted in writing to the camp office by April 30, 2017. Withdrawal requests received after April 30, 2017 are not eligible to receive a refund unless accompanied by a doctor's note that specifies the injury/illness that prevents the camper from attending camp. A pro-rated refund will be issued as long as a doctor's note is submitted to the camp office within 48 hours confirming the injury and discontinuation in the camp program.

TRANSFERS

A King Day Camp camper may transfer to another King Day Camp program if space is available and if notification is received in writing no later than 12 noon on the Tuesday prior to the first day of the camp week the child is enrolled. There is a non-refundable $15.00 administration fee for this service.
