ROBOTICS & ROCKETRY PROGRAM AGE: 10 – 14

New to KDC this summer the full day Robotics and Rocketry program for campers aged 10-14 years will be a blast!

Program Highlights:

• Learn how to build an Estes rocket (Campers take their rockets home at the end of the week)
• Campers will look at different kinds of rockets and learn the basic math and physics that govern the design and flights of rockets
• Fun experimental activities focusing on force, aerodynamics, thermodynamics and propulsion
• Exciting rocket launch on Friday afternoon in Badger Land
• Learn how to build an OWI robot (Campers take their robot home at the end of the week)
• Campers will delve into the fundamental concepts of basic mechanical, circuitry and digital logic skills
• Campers will study the design and structure of one of our Challenge Course Elements throughout the week and participate in an outdoor climbing program one afternoon

In addition to all of this learning and experimenting, campers will have the opportunity for a daily swim and outdoor games.
